Yes, in both cases. For new materials, Standardize is embedded directly in the material creation workflow, so descriptions are generated as part of the process from the start. For existing material records, Standardize can be requested on demand, making it possible to bring legacy data up to your current standards without a full system overhaul.
What languages does Standardize support?
Standardize currently supports six languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese, with more languages on the roadmap.Can Standardize work with our existing ERP material description limits?
Yes. Description length is part of the rule configuration in Standardize. You can define the character limit that matches your ERP system's constraints, and Standardize will generate descriptions that fit within that boundary by default, across every item it processes.How is Standardize different from using a general translation tool or using our own AI tool for description generation?
