Celebrating Fails & Successes

We are not afraid to fail.

We pursue an ambitious vision and every day we face various challenges to get there. Naturally, we fail sometimes. We believe that learnings from failures are even more valuable than the ones gained from successes. This is why we have a culture that celebrates and shares successes and failures proactively, for example in our company-wide “Fail and Success” meeting every Friday afternoon.

We love to celebrate successes.

Even though we are a remote-first company, our team cohesion is very high through virtual coffee breaks, spontaneous video meet-ups and our legendary events.
