Executive Assistant (m/f/x) – Full- or Part-Time

Our SaaS-enabled marketplace allows top industry players including Porsche, VW and Bosch to identify, optimize and procure industrial spare parts. Customers rely on our services to lessen their inventory cost and operate their machines without downtime.

What you will do

  • Closely work together with the Management of the company as you are the first point of contact
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders at different business levels to ensure smooth meeting management and processes
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, prepare presentations and take meeting notes
  • Assist in administrative support functions, including Travel Management and Accounting
  • Introduce a new Travel Management Software and streamline the travel budget, approval and reimbursement workflow
  • Take responsibility for the office management in our Stuttgart headquarter, including office supply and equipment
  • Organize team events together with the HR and Marketing team

You're a good fit for the role if you:

  • Organizational talent, combined with a high level of service orientation
  • High sense of responsibility, highest trustworthiness, and reliability when dealing with confidential content
  • A structured way of working and a high demand for quality and diligence
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
  • Very strong MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and high affinity for IT tools
  • At least three years of working experience as Executive or Team Assistant, or in a similar function
