(Senior) Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

Our product is a SaaS-enabled marketplace for industrial spare parts. Our customers (e.g. PORSCHE, VW) use our system to identify and procure spare parts for their machines more easily. Our solution is based on state-of-the-art languages, technologies and tools from the fields of semantic data management, Big Data and automated data processing.

  • to be a central pillar for the success story of SPARETECH in the early phase of our startup by contributing your own ideas and taking part in decisions
  • to be responsible for our global key accounts and establish long term customer relationships
  • to take sole responsibility for revenue and upselling activities for our SaaS customers
  • to represent SPARETECH at our customers' premises and at trade fairs in Germany and abroad
  • to further develop the upselling strategies and structures together with the two founders
  • to help to build up a powerful, international Customer Success team
  • to be significantly involved in the further development of our software together with the product team

  • want to inspire customers and colleagues to break new ground to create the digital world of spare parts
  • are able to communicate confidently with customers from various industries and business partners at various hierarchical levels (fluent in German and English) and show assertiveness through your binding appearance
  • have several years of experience in Customer Success Management, preferably in an international B2B SaaS environment or you have worked as a Consultant in strategic projects
  • have strong analytical thinking, initiative and a structured as well as results-oriented way of working
  • have completed a master's degree in a technically oriented or business management course of study
  • have good knowledge of the industrial spare parts industry (nice to have)
