Since 2019 Norelem and SPARETECH have teamed up to provide always up-to-date product data to all end-customers. In addition, the partnership assures that our joint customers are automatically updated about discontinued and new products.
This helps norelem in lowering the clarification effort for their support teams while direct and service sales are increased.
