Efficiency improvements in spare parts management - Like a BOSCH

"SPARETECH checks all new spare parts lists automatically, which means an increase in efficiency of more than 50%. This is how digitalization works!", says Marcus Strauß, Head of Maintenance at Robert Bosch GmbH.

The entire SPARETECH team is looking forward to creating the digital future of spare parts management together with the BOSCH team and writing more success stories.

Because the benefits of SPARETECH go far beyond the automatic checking of spare parts lists. Hydro Aluminium Rolled Products GmbH was able to identify many duplicates in their material master through using the SPARETECH app. This enabled Hydro Aluminium to achieve an inventory reduction in their spare parts warehouse of 135,000€ .

This shows that there are various savings potentials in spare parts management and that SPARETECH is working together with Bosch and other customers to exploit them.

This requires a deep understanding of the root causes of many problems in maintenance. SPARETECH manages to solve these problems by using intelligent software and modern algorithms. Faulty customer master data can thus be identified automatically. The result is an increase in efficiency and cost savings in the spare parts management of our customers.
